Refund and cancellation policy
Applies to every product bought on aisandy.tech and its product sites.

1. No refunds once a period has started
Our products are digital access. Access is added to your account the moment your payment succeeds and can be used straight away. For that reason a payment is not refundable once its period has started, in full or in part, including any unused part of a month or year. Please read the pricing before paying.
2. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Each payment covers a fixed period and does not renew automatically. When it ends, access stops, and you are never charged again unless you choose to pay.
3. When you do get your money back
- Failed payment. If money left your account but the payment failed, it is returned to the same account automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- Charged twice. If the same access was paid for more than once by mistake, we refund every extra payment in full.
- Paid but not delivered. If your payment succeeded and access did not appear within 24 hours, write to us. We either add it or refund you in full.
- Paid in advance. A renewal paid before its period starts can be refunded in full if you write to us before it starts.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
