Who is responsible
aisandy.tech is operated by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited. Each product we sell has its own privacy notice for the data that product handles, for example Homework and Insta Automation. This notice covers the aisandy.tech site itself.
What we collect here
- No accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics on the aisandy.tech pages.
- Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, page and time) to keep the site secure and working. They are kept for 14 days.
- If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and for our records.
- Lesson videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you click play; YouTube’s own policy then applies.
Payments
When you buy a product, Razorpay Software Private Limited processes the payment. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details; we never see or store them. We keep the payment ID, amount and what was bought, as tax and accounting records.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and raise a grievance. Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@aisandy.tech. For anything else: sandeep@aisandy.tech.
